On October 9, 2012, I stood on the Maricopa County courthouse steps and watched as my beloved home, a 1,240-square-foot 1950's ranch house was auctioned off.  That was the same year that I first experienced homelessness after losing my job two years earlier, being denied unemployment benefits, and spending my entire $246,000 life savings (much of which was in the stock market where it lost 90%) trying to save my home and an investment property.  Now, 14 years later, 1776 Small Homes Architect stands as my commitment to fight homelessness and ensure no American finds themselves standing on the courthouse steps watching vultures scrabble over the carcass that was once their American Dream.  

For this reason, 1776 Small Homes Architect is committed to providing affordable small homes at a flat fee of $2,500 ($1,776 per stock plan and $724 per site plan with local building code analysis).  Active and retired U.S. military receive a 20% discount; thank you for your service to our country!
