The stock plan fee is $1,776 and for an additional $724, I include an architectural site plan and local building code analysis, ensuring that the stock home plans fit the intended site and conform to local codes and regulations. Most online home plans publishers do not provide this service, leaving the buyer at their own risk.
Are energy calculations included with your stock plans?
Yes, I include Title 24 Energy Calculations with my stock home plans, which most online home plan publishers do not include.
Do you assist with obtaining a building permit?
